GC/MS/CM分子式：CAS号：性质：样品经色谱分离后经适当的接口装置引入质谱仪的离子源，接受质谱仪的检测，经计算机处理后可分别得到总离子流色谱图、质量色谱图、质谱图等，并通过计算机检索系统，和计算机内的谱库进行比较，给出标准质谱图、分子式和分子量等信息，在无标准谱图时，可与类似化合物谱图对照，做出合理的推断。色谱柱出口处于常压，而质谱仪则要求在高真空下工作，因此接口装置是关键。它综合了色谱的高分离能力和质谱很强的结构鉴定能力，是复杂混合物分析的有效的手段之一。它以保留时间的重现性的要求并不像GC那样高，进行一次试验全部数据都可以收集储存，除当时定性定量外，随时可供检索作进一步分析。适合于多组分混合物中未知组分的定性鉴定，可以判断化合物的分子结构，准确地测定未知组分的相对分子量，还可修正色谱分析的错误判断，对于分离不好的峰或色谱峰不甚显著的组分，利用计算机内的数据系统也可以进行鉴定和定量，是目前痕量有机物结构定性的最有效的分析手段。由于计算机内有大量的质谱图和数据库，使分析效率提高。广泛应用于有机合成、石油化学、生物化学、药物化学和环境化学等各个领域。
