金岳霖金岳霖（1896～1984）中国哲学家，逻辑学家。字龙荪。湖南长沙人。1911年入北京清华学堂，1914～1925年在美、英、德、法留学并从事研究工作。1926年任清华大学教授，创办清华大学哲学系。中华人民共和国建立后，任北京大学哲学系教授、中国科学院哲学社会科学部学部委员、中国社会科学院哲学研究所副所长、中国逻辑学会会长。在哲学本体论方面，融合东、西方哲学，提出“道”、“式”、“能”3个基本范畴，解释本体论的各种关系。在认识论方面，认为认识主体与本然世界相互作用，本然世界是可以认识的。在逻辑学方面，他系统地研究、介绍了西方现代逻辑，推动了中国对现代逻辑的研究，并培养了许多逻辑学者。1953年加入中国民主同盟，任中央委员、常委。1956年加入中国共产党，是全国政协第二、四、五、六届委员，全国人大第三届代表。著有《逻辑》、《论道》、《知识论》等。
