塑料回收再生技术世界合成树脂的产量已达2亿t ,大量消费后塑料的处理问题已成为当今地球环境?；さ娜鹊?。目前,消费后塑料的处理有下述几种途径:1、填埋；2、焚烧；3、堆肥化；4、回收再生；5、采用降解塑料。 第一节 塑料回收再生方法 塑料回收后再生方法有：熔融再生，热裂解，能量回收，回收化工原料及其他等方法。 （1）熔融再生熔融再生是将废旧塑料重新加热塑化而加以利用的方法。从废旧塑料的来源分，此法又可分为两类：一是由树脂厂，加工厂的边角料回收的清洁废塑料的回收；二是经过使用后混杂在一起的各种塑料制品的回收再生。前者称单纯再生，可制得性能较好的塑料制品；后者称复合再生，一般只能制备性能要求相对较差的塑料制品，且回收再生过程较为复杂。 （2）热裂解热裂解方法是将挑选过的废旧塑料经热裂解制得燃烧料油，燃料气的方法。 （3）能量回收能量回收是利用废旧塑料燃烧时所产生热量的方法。 （4）回收化工原料，一些品种的塑料，加了聚氨酯可通过水解获得合成时的原料单体。这是一种利用化学分解废旧塑料变成化工原料进行回收的方法。 （5）其他，除了上述废旧塑料的回收方法外，还有各种利用废旧塑料的方法，如将废旧聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料粉碎后混入土壤中以改善土壤的保水性，通气性和排水性，或作为填料同水泥混合制成轻质混凝土，或加入粘合剂压制成垫子材料等。 塑料的回收再用与塑料固体废弃物的处理用石油和煤为原料生产塑料来替代天然高分子材料，曾经历了一条艰难的历程，整整一代杰出的化学家为实现目前塑料所具有的优良理化特性和耐用性能付出了辛勤的劳动。塑料以其质轻、耐用、美观、价廉等特点，取代了一大批传统的包装材料，促成了包装业的一场革命。但是出乎人胶预料的是，恰恰是塑料的这些优良性能性制造了大量耐久不腐的塑料垃圾。用后大量丢弃的塑料包装物已成为危害环境的一大祸害，其主要原因就是这些塑料垃圾难以处理，无法使其分解并化为尘土。在现有的城市固体废弃物中，塑料的比例已达到15%－20%，而其中大部分是一次性使用的名类塑料包装制品。塑料废弃物的处理已不仅是塑料工业的问题，现已成为公害国际社会的广泛关注。 为了适应?；さ厍蚧肪车男枰?，世界塑料加工业研究出许多环保新技术。在节省资源方面，主要是提高产品耐老性能、延长寿命、多功能化、产品适量设计；在资源再利用方面，主要是研究塑料废弃物的高效分选，分离技术、高效熔融再生利用技术、化学回收利用技术、完全生物降解材料、水溶性材料、可食薄膜；在减量化技术方面，主要是研究废弃塑料压缩减容技术、薄膜袋装容器技术，在确保应用性能的前提下，尽量将制品薄型化技术；在CFC代用品的开发方面，主要是研究二氧化碳发泡技术；在替代物的研究方面，主要是开发PVC和PVDC代用品。
