三唑磷分子式：C12H16N3O3PS分子量：313.20CAS号：24017-47-8性质：黄褐色液体。溶点0-5℃，30℃时蒸气压为0.39MPa。相对密度1.433，23℃水中溶解度为39ppm，溶于多数有机溶剂（丙酮＞1000g/kg，乙醇＞330g/kg）。制备方法：将苯肼盐酸盐和尿素混合，搅拌加热至150-160℃，反应产生氨气得黄色熔物。冷却，水洗，过滤，用醇重结晶，得到1-苯基氨基脲（熔点172℃）。将1-苯基氨基脲、原甲酸三乙酯和甲苯一起搅拌加热，蒸去反应生成的乙醇，直至无乙醇蒸出为止。反应毕，冷却，过滤，洗涤，得1-苯基-3-羟基-1,2,4-三唑（熔点269-273℃）。将1-苯基-3-羟基-1,2,4-三唑悬浮在丙酮中，加入O,O-二乙基硫代磷酰氯，然后滴加三乙胺。滴加完毕，在50℃搅拌反应6h。冷却，过滤，滤出三乙胺盐酸盐。滤液回收丙酮后得三唑磷棕色油状物。用途：广谱性有机磷杀虫、杀螨剂，兼有一定的杀线虫作用。对粮、棉、果、蔬菜等主要农作物上的许多重要害虫，如螟虫、稻飞虱、蚜虫、红蜘蛛、棉铃虫、菜青虫、线虫等，都有优良的防效；其杀卵作用明显，对鳞翅目昆虫卵的杀灭作用尤为突出。大白鼠急性经口毒性LD50为66mg/kg。
