青霉烯分子式:CAS号:性质:一种杂环体系,含此杂环的抗生素称为青霉烯类抗生素。1970年伍德沃德(Wood-ward)合成第一个青霉烯,后受碳青霉烯研究启迪,更有所发展。这类抗生素抗菌谱广,抗菌活性强;在β-内酰胺中是惟一的一类对静止状态细菌亦有作用的抗生素;β-内酰胺酶不仅稳定,而且还有抑制作用。但化学性质不稳定,而且在体内易代谢产生低分子硫化物,有恶臭。经化学修饰,目前作为抗菌药临床应用的有呋洛培南、丽琪培南乙酰氧基甲酯;作为强力β-内酰胺酶抑制剂正在临床试验的有BRL-42715等。
